Responsibilities: • Perform expert carpet extraction, encapsulation cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and VCT maintenance. • Conduct thorough vehicle and equipment checks, ensuring safety and efficiency. • Process payments, obtain client signatures, and document job details with photos, videos, and notes. • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure equipment is ready for the next shift. • Proactively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations. • Upsell other services and earn commissions. Qualifications: • Professional cleaning experience is a plus. • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods. • A valid and clean driver’s license and reliable transportation. • A clean background check and drug-free status. • Mechanical skills are a plus.
