Compensation and Benefits:

• Average weekly pay of $2,100 per driver
• Annual salary averaging $118,000 per driver
• Top starting pay at 98 CPM (based on schedule)
• Multiple hometime options: 7 days every 21 days, 5 full days every 18 days, or 3 days every 11 days

Equipment and Amenities:

Requirements:

• 9 months of recent CDL-A tractor trailer experience (6 months if team partner has 24 months)
• Clean driving record
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DUI, DWI, or OWI in the past 7 years
• No major moving violations (personal or CMV) in the last 3 years
• No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years, and only one incident in the last 18 months

Additional Qualifications:

• No SAP drivers (must not have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test)
