Responsibilities:

- Conduct a variety of formal appraisals for both lending and non-lending purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate properties to determine current market values, adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
- Conduct on-site visits, property inspections, and client interviews to gather necessary information.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to deliver high-quality reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, and homeowners, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

- Certification in the state of residence is mandatory.
- Proficient analytical and research skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality reports within industry-standard turn times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
