Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy: Develop and execute our comprehensive technology strategy to support business growth and foster innovation.

Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.

Technology Infrastructure: Ensure the security, scalability, and robustness of our technology infrastructure.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Budget Management: Manage the technology budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and department heads to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage technology-related risks effectively.

Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach to technology development and service delivery.

Innovation Advocacy: Act as a key spokesperson for technology within the organization and externally.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in executive management.

Proven track record of successfully leading R&D initiatives and driving technological innovation.

Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, particularly in cybersecurity and cloud computing.

Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
