As the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our firm's information technology and security strategies. You will play a critical role in driving technological innovation, ensuring data security, and optimizing IT operations to support our firm's goals and objectives.

- **Strategic IT Leadership**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the firm’s business goals.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

- Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.

- **Cybersecurity and Risk Management**:

- Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity policies and practices to protect sensitive data.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy laws.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate IT-related risks.

- **Infrastructure and Systems Management**:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.

- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the firm’s IT systems.

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high performance.

- **Client and Stakeholder Collaboration**:

#### Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) at a law firm.

- Strong knowledge of legal industry IT requirements and best practices.

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Officer (CISO).

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Extensive experience in IT management, cybersecurity, and project management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
