As the Claims Adjuster, you’ll investigate property and cargo claims, determine validity, and reach fair, timely resolutions. You’ll work with customers, carriers, insurance companies, and internal teams to reduce claim frequency and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate property and cargo claims and determine equitable resolutions

• Prepare and maintain reports on open claims, aging, and chargebacks

• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies, shippers/customers
• Subrogate with carriers and insurers for reimbursement

• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers

• Complete all work safely, accurately, and on time
