New transportation company with over 70 years combined industry experience looking for owner operators and company drivers who don't mind being on the road during the week and home on the weekends. Currently looking to fill an opening for a company driver for a newer truck, 2016 Kenworth T680. Immaculate. Low mileage 13 speed as well as looking to sign on some owner operators to load various lanes to and from Michigan, Chicago and Cleveland for both dry van and flatbeds.
Requirements:
Must Be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and Physical. Must have at least 23 and have at least 2 years of Class A driving experience or Military MOS equivalent.
Flatbed and or dry van experience required. Clean driving record/MVR.
Drivers must be willing to haul various commodities in flatbeds, dry vans or conestoga trailers. Flatbed will require tarping and strapping. Drivers must be professional and customer service oriented. Veteran-friendly and veterans and encouraged to apply.

Competitive, excellent pay. 25-30% of total gross revenue with experience and annual reviews.
About $0.60 cents per mile or $75-90k a year, Owner Operators 70%

Driver rewards program. Refer new drivers for a cash bonus and rewards points. Paid variables like layover, stop pay, excessive deadhead, detention, and driver assist. Fuel card. Direct deposit.
