What You'll Do: 

• Ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met through the facility's clinical services.
• Ensure that the facility is following current regulations and standards through organizing, planning, directing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the facility's clinical services. 
• Must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff, and family members, display a positive work attitude, and be able to work as a team with other staff members. 
• May be engaged in direct resident care. 

What you will need: 

• Active RN License with the State of Minnesota
• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have working knowledge of long-term care services, rules, and regulations related to 144 G Assisted Living Licensure
• Must have LALD or be willing to obtain it
