LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing title insurance organization to find a Closing Assistant to support real estate transactions. Fully in office, you’ll be the connection point between clients, lenders, attorneys and the internal team.
Closing Assistant Responsibilities:
Schedule signing appointments for closings and pre-signings
Organize and attach lender packages to files
Process attorney figures and documentation accurately
Handle department calls and emails with professionalism
Route lender and attorney requests to the right departments
Support communication between closers, lenders, members and staff
Assist with other tasks as needed
Closing Assistant Requirements:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Professional phone and email etiquette
