Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is the nation’s leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs. We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Victorville, Corona, San Bernardino, Yucaipa, and surrounding areas! Caregivers (PCA) Responsibilities: Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency Caregivers (PCA) Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience * Weekend Availability * Pass Criminal Background * Pass Physical - TB Test, Varicella, MMR, HEP B, T-Dap, Flu/Influenza * BLS/CPR/First Aid – (Conditions Apply) * Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance * Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing) * Smart Phone and Email Address Caregivers (PCA) Benefits: * Family Focused Atmosphere * $100 Referral Bonus (Conditions Apply) * BLS/CPR/First Aid (Conditions Apply) * Flexible Hours and Shifts * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401 (k) for full-time caregivers Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00
