Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate has machining experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes according to blueprints and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
