Global Roofing Group is hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator and Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate bids and budgets, performing material take-offs, and providing clients with roofing system options that align with project specifications.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems, experience in sales or estimating, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Complete and submit bid opportunities accurately and on time.
Review and interpret project plan sets and architectural specifications.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Input and manage estimates and customer data in Salesforce.
Provide clients with roofing system options and product recommendations.
Conduct on-site roof inspections to verify project details.
Attend client meetings and business development events as needed.
Maintain clear communication and high-quality customer service throughout the sales and estimating process.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or sales (required).
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials (required).
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with EDGE estimating software (preferred).
Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar take-off software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing leads and accounts using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 (depending on experience)
