We have several levels in our Community Banker program. Entry level that requires NO experience up to an Assistant Branch Manager. If you are hired for one of our openings, your level of Community Banker will be based upon your experience.
Our open full time Community Banker position(s) are in the following branch(es):
*** North Adams, Cheshire and Great Barrington ***
Responsibilities include processing customer transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Job Requirements:
You will be required to have strong customer service, communication and computer skills along with cash handling experience.
You must have the ability to work in any of Adams Community Banks branches.
A high school diploma or the equivalent is a must and also the ability to operate an on-line teller system.
Prior cash handling and or banking experience is highly preferred, but feel free to list your history of successes.
You must be able to pass a background and credit check.
