FACILITY MANAGER FOR COMMUNITY CARE

Job Description:
The Facility Manager role requires a lot of manual labor, heavy lifting, moving heavy items, crawling spaces, dumpsters upkeep, vehicle maintenance, pressure washers, setup/take down of chairs, stages, tents, etc. This position also manages the community service workers who assist in the overall maintenance of the campus.

Duties:

• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the campus.
• Ensuring all campus and building systems are functioning.
• Identifying/resolving maintenance issues.
• Submitting maintenance requests.
• Working with vendors.
• Setting up/taking down events (tables, chairs, ice, water stations, etc.).
• Assisting center leadership as needed, etc.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Proven work experience as a facility manager for a care center or similar role is preferred.

• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Certified Facility manager credential or equivalent is preferred.
