Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will represent nonprofit partners and client organizations at events, community activations, and outreach programs . You’ll engage directly with the public, promote campaigns, support fundraising efforts, and help create positive experiences for event participants. No experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with community members and event attendees to provide information about campaigns and programs

• Represent client brands and nonprofit partners with professionalism and energy

• Assist with event setup, booth displays, and outreach materials

• Support fundraising and volunteer sign-up initiatives

• Track engagement and provide feedback to team leaders

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations at events

• Maintain an approachable, enthusiastic, and professional presence at all times

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking with the public

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, coachable, and motivated to learn

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, in-person environments

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and start immediately

• No prior experience required—training provided
