Role Description:
This is a full-time position as a Concrete Finisher located in Cincinnati, OH. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for performing concrete finishing tasks, such as smoothing and leveling surfaces, applying sealing compounds, and creating decorative finishes. The Concrete Finisher will also collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed to specifications and meet quality standards.

• Prior experience as a Concrete Finisher a MUST, at least 3 years experience minimum.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proper work attire required; work boots, long pants.
• Carpentry knowledge and CDL license always a plus.
• We provide all hand tools.

Schedule:

• Hours include Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4 - 5:00 pm.
• No weekends.

We are a small, family concrete construction business since 1987. We work with various builders in the Greater Cincinnati area as well as working with homeowners directly. Providing regular, exposed aggregate, and decorative exterior concrete flatwork to our clients is our main focus. We are also skilled in other construction areas like excavation, carpentry, and plumbing.
