Costco Brand Promoter- Appointment Setter Description Are you an outgoing, energetic person who thrives in fast-paced environments? NEXT Door & Window may have a great opportunity for you! We are seeking friendly and approachable individuals to run our lead generation kiosks across Chicagoland Costco warehouses. NEXT Door & Window has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the market. NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We expanded into Madison Wisconsin in 2022 and expect revenue to double there in 2024. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization. Your responsibility will be to engage with Costco shoppers and discuss their needs for window and door replacement, distribute brochures and other marketing materials, and obtain the information required to schedule a free in-home estimate. We are offering both full-time and part-time schedules for this opportunity, with a competitive pay-rate and unlimited bonuses based off your personal lead generation performance. This position will begin training in the office during the week of 06/24/2024, with an in-store launch date of 07/01/2024. At NEXT, we believe in promoting from within and rewarding high performance. • Customer service experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to stay self-motivated
• Resilient - able to overcome rebuttals
• Capable of tracking and achieving goals without direct supervision
• Ability to use electronic devices (cell phone/tablet)
• Ability to use company web-based CRM (training provided)
• Receptive to feedback/coaching
• Event marketing experience a plus!

Costco Brand Promoter - Appointment Setter Basic Requirements:

• Energetic and outgoing, unafraid to engage with members
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
• Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
• Weekend availability a must

Compensation/Benefits

• $18-$20 per hour, dependent on experience
