We are seeking friendly and approachable individuals to run our lead generation kiosks across Chicagoland Costco warehouses. NEXT Door & Window has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the market. NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We expanded into Madison Wisconsin in 2022 and expect revenue to double there in 2024. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization. Your responsibility will be to engage with Costco shoppers and discuss their needs for window and door replacement, distribute brochures and other marketing materials, and obtain the information required to schedule a free in-home estimate. We are offering both full-time and part-time schedules for this opportunity, with a competitive pay-rate and unlimited bonuses based off your personal lead generation performance.
