Position Overview:
Join our team as a CPA Client Accountant where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic accounting management and daily bookkeeping services to a select group of clients. This position is ideal for an experienced accountant who values stability, growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic accounting management and daily bookkeeping services, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Cash management, for a small portfolio of clients spanning various industries.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and proactive guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and other software tools proficiently to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall success of the firm by demonstrating a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license is required.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Background in Financial Reporting, General Ledger, and/or Audit is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

- Pay: Competitive hourly rate ($100.00 - $150.00 per hour) based on experience and qualifications.
- Experience: Prior experience with GAAP principles preferred.
- License/Certification: Active CPA license required.
