CPA-Tax Experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CPA-Tax professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax accounting services to clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-state payroll tax and experience with Quickbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits
• Assist clients with tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liability
• Research and analyze tax issues and provide guidance to clients
• Manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate and complete client files and documentation
• Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications

• CPA certification or CPA candidate
• Minimum of 3 years of tax accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax laws
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax and Quickbooks preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• CPA candidate a plus
