Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities Spearhead the development of revolutionary learning experiences that demonstrably accelerate students' mastery of history and geography, leveraging AI technology to double comprehension rates and create lasting understanding of social studies principles.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or related social studies discipline
- Proven track record of at least 3 years developing or teaching social studies with measurable improvements in student outcomes
- Exceptional analytical capabilities for interpreting educational data and implementing meaningful improvements
- Hands-on experience with educational AI applications, including adaptive learning systems or AI-assisted content creation
- Superior storytelling abilities to transform historical and geographical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
