Work for a leading provider of customized telecom and mobile management solutions as their Customer Service Helpdesk Representative ! This position is in Columbus, OH and is contract to hire with potential for extension or permanent hire. We are looking for reliable individuals who work well in team environments. 

** Must be able to pass screenings to receive access & credientials in order to support federal and government agencies**

What you need to know:

• Pay Rate: $16/hour
• Hours: Monday – Friday with some flexibility to work weekends as needed; 40-hour work weeks
  • Available shifts: 7am-3:30pm and 10am-6:30pm.
• **Fully onsite role in Columbus, OH**
  

What you need to apply:

• * Training hours: 9am – 5:30pm
• High School Diploma
• 1 or more years of experience in a phone-based customer service position required.
• MUST live local to Columbus, OH
• Comfortable with requirements to support government-based accounts & customers
• May need to receive a government clearance
• Comfortable with computers and professional communication
• A typical day as a Customer Service Helpdesk Representative may include:
• Assisting with 10-20 calls be day.
• Using a Remedy Ticketing System.
• Executing "wipe commands” as needed.
• Connecting with customers throughout the day and maintaining a professional demeanor.
