We’re a 9-figure U.S. e-commerce company offering high-quality, premium products. We’re growing fast and hiring home-based Customer Service Representatives / Virtual Assistants from the Philippines who are reliable, hardworking, and excited to work with an international team.
**The Role**
* You’ll handle warm leads only, no cold calling.
* Your main goal is to assist interested customers, answer questions, and help close high-ticket sales.
* This is a full-time, long-term online job with great income potential.
* **Top performers earn $6,000+ USD per month, paid bi-weekly.**
* **You must complete at least 200 calls per day, consistent performance is required.**
* Agents who do not meet the daily call goal will be removed immediately.
**Responsibilities**
* Call and follow up with warm leads (provided daily)
* Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email
* Record accurate notes and updates in the CRM
* Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
* Meet sales and performance targets
**Qualifications**
* Experience in BPO / Call Center / Sales / Virtual Assistant roles preferred
* Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
* Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace
* Must be willing to work US hours (EST) — full-time, **6 days/week (12-hour availability, 9 hours active)**
* Strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base pay + uncapped commissions
* Average monthly income: $6,000 USD+
