Job Title: Remote Customer Support Representative
Hourly Pay: $17 - $23/hour
Summary:
We’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you’ll work from home and help customers by phone, email, or chat, handling questions about orders, accounts, and general service information. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, offering timely support and ensuring they feel heard and assisted. Job Responsibilities:
Share product details, resolve basic issues, or update order status
Use internal tools to log customer conversations and update records
Follow easy-to-use scripts and step-by-step documentation
