Premiere Dance Project is a dance studio with two locations (Waukee + West Des Moines) offering high-quality dance education for children ages 1.5–18 years. Our programs, classes, and events cater to all skill levels – from beginner to advanced. At Premiere, we are dedicated to developing students through dance by nurturing their confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships. We inspire dancers to dream big, empowering them to be successful in whatever they choose to do in life.

Who We’re Looking For

We are primarily seeking recreational instructors , though competitive teaching opportunities are available for candidates with the right experience level. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who embody integrity, know how to work hard, and thrive in a positive, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach weekly classes following a structured curriculum
• Choreograph recital + showcase routines
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging class environment
• Provide student feedback and encouragement
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and studio events as assigned

Schedule Requirements

• Immediate paid assisting and training opportunities available
• Classes offered 7 days a week
• Primarily evening + weekend hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
