Job Overview:
We are looking for a Danishspeaking Travel Booking Agent to assist customers with booking flights accommodations and travel packages. As a vital part of our travel support team you will help customers plan their trips solve bookingrelated issues and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Danishspeaking customers with their travel bookings including flights hotels and other services
Handling customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Danish
Offering travel advice including itinerary suggestions and destination information
Resolving booking issues and providing efficient solutions to customers
Maintaining detailed records of customer bookings and communications
Collaborating with other team members and departments for seamless customer service
Requirements:
Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in travel booking or customer service is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple bookings
Applicants must possess the necessary documentation to reside and work in Malta
