Description We are looking for an organized and meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy and organization of data within our Salesforce system. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys working onsite with a collaborative team. Responsibilities: - Review and assess Salesforce records to identify outdated or incorrect information. - Update and input accurate and relevant data into the Salesforce platform. - Maintain a clean and organized database to improve efficiency and reliability. - Cross-check and verify the accuracy of sales lead information. - Implement standardized processes for tracking and managing sales leads effectively. - Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across systems. - Meet daily data entry targets while adhering to quality standards. - Utilize Salesforce tools and features to streamline data management workflows. - Troubleshoot and resolve minor database inconsistencies as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with its functions. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. - Excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently. - Ability to quickly adapt to established systems and workflows. - Previous experience in data entry or database management. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. - Comfortable working onsite in a small team environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
