Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases. - Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entering it into records. - Maintain organized records and ensure timely retrieval of required data. - Perform routine checks to identify and correct errors in the data entry process. - Handle confidential information with discretion and follow privacy protocols. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines. - Generate reports based on entered data and provide them to the appropriate departments. - Utilize computer software efficiently to complete data entry tasks. - Adapt to new systems or processes as required to improve efficiency. - Respond promptly to requests for data updates or corrections. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. - Proficient typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. - Familiarity with data entry software and tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. - Capability to adapt to new technologies or systems as needed.
