Responsibilities:
Assist with a backlog of data entry tasks and ensure accurate processing.
Compile and generate reports by entering and retrieving information from various systems.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records efficiently.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to address business needs and resolve issues.
Maintain the integrity of master data and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Identify and correct any data entry errors.
Ensure the secure storage and disposal of confidential information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in data entry.
Experience with computer-based environments and proficiency in Word and Excel.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus.
Available Shifts: All days except Saturdays and Sundays.
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.
