Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately documenting and recording customer and client information. You'll use various computer applications and data entry software to manage and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and manage customer/client data.
Utilize MS Outlook and data entry software effectively.
Ensure attention to detail in all data documentation tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have 5+ years of relevant experience.
0-2 years of customer service-related experience is preferred.
Open to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Previous experience with data entry software is a plus.
