Job Description:
As a Delivery Associate for an Amazon Delivery Service Provider, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers' homes and businesses. You will drive a company-provided delivery van and follow established routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery van in various weather conditions
- Load and unload packages from the delivery van
- Scan and sort packages for delivery
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
