Job Description

Start your career as a FedEx Delivery Driver with Northwest Express, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx.

HIRING BONUS!

$250 at 90 days, $250 AGAIN at 180 days!

Starting Pay: $22 per hour

After training, drivers who are qualified to drive trucks over 10k pounds will be moved to a per stop pay structure.

About the Position:

Home Delivery and Business Routes
Drivers average between 175 - 200 deliveries per day.
Starting Pay for drivers qualified to drive a smaller truck (under 10K pounds) is $22/HR.
Paid Training
Full Time
Start time is 8:00 am.
Average shifts are 10 hours long, approximately 45 hours a week of work.
Uniforms are provided.
$300 Referral Bonuses for bringing in other drivers.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
Able to pass a road test in a delivery truck.
Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices.
Working one weekend day is required.
Have a clean driving record.
