Job Title: Dental Sales Representative

Location: Grand Mission Dentistry 8620 Grand Mission Blvd Ste E Richmond, Texas 77407

Position: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients over the phone with a friendly, positive, and upbeat tone.
• Invite patients to schedule consultations and dental appointments with our doctor.
• Effectively communicate treatment options and the value of our services.
• Converting inquiries into booked appointments.
• Ability to close on treatments created by the doctor
• Ability to followup on unschedule treatment
• Keep patient records and sales data up to date in our system.
• Work closely with our dental team to ensure patient needs are met.
• Be able to do hand offs to the appropriate team members for scheduling Learn dental terminology and basic procedures to help guide patients.
  

Qualifications:

Sales experience (previous experience in any field will be highly regarded).

• A cheerful, warm, and engaging phone manner is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn new things, especially dental terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior dental experience required – we will provide training!
