Responsibilities for Dental Technician include but are not limited to: ·Craft dental crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and other fixed dental appliances
·Ensure products meet high standards of quality and accuracy
·Use various materials (ceramics, metals, composites) for prosthetics
·Handle dental restorations, including fitting, contouring, and micro layering
·Design dental crowns, bridges, and abutments using CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape)
·Prepare precise dental models and dies from impressions
·Develop framework designs per patient needs and dentist prescriptions
·Choose materials based on durability, esthetics, and biocompatibility
·Perform quality control checks during production
·Maintain detailed records of materials, procedures, and completion dates
·Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
·Work safely and comply with safety practices and PPE requirements
·Report unsafe conditions to supervisors
·Maintain a clean and orderly work area
·Engage in production and team meetings, provide feedback
·Understand and utilize organizational resources
·Act with integrity, respect others, and model company values
·Meet commitments and deadlines
·Communicate effectively with all organization levels
·Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Dental Technician: ·Proven experience as a Fixed Dental Lab Technician or similar role
·Proficient with dental materials: ceramics, metals, composites
·Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
·Strong attention to detail and precision
·Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and work independently
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·Knowledge of lab safety procedures and infection control
·Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology (a plus)
·Relevant certification or degree in dental technology (preferred)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
