Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Entry Level Dental Technician to join our team! Dental experience is great, but we will train you to succeed here at Artisan!

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides a key role in the manufacturing of fixed or removable dental appliances.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have good production skills.
• Requires excellent fine motor skills.
• Able to sit at bench and work for up to two hours at a time.
• Able to stand and work for up to two hours at a time.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English to work from a prescription.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under a time schedule deadline.
• Able to multi-task and organize work for the day.
• Must be a team player and be excited to provide a valued health care service that positively affects others.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Some dental experience is preferred, but WILL TRAIN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meets the minimum unit production standards established for this position.
• Understands sequential steps of position and scheduling priorities.
• Comprehends standard operating procedures as well as those of individual products.
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Displays excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.
• Respectfully takes direction from manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $20/hour
