Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and systems
  
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, brake checks, battery tests, etc
  
• Replace or rebuild transmissions, steering mechanisms, and exhaust systems
  
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
  
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards
  
• Communicate clearly with management about repairs and recommendations
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred
  
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and mechanical systems
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in fast-paced environments
