Join the team at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC as a Dietary Aide and play a vital role in supporting the nutritional needs of our residents in Dayton, OH. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in food preparation, ensure cleanliness in food service areas, and help deliver meals to residents with care and attention to their dietary needs. Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and serving under the guidance of the dietary manager or chef
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, service areas, and dining equipment
• Deliver meals and beverages to residents, addressing any special dietary requirements
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
• Assist with inventory and stocking of food supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to support smooth meal service operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food service or healthcare dietary aide role is a plus
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move items as needed
