**LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES - BASED CANDIDATES**

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Hours (Client): Flexible but needs to be available occasionally on standard EST for meetings

Pay Range: $1,500 to $2,000/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Company Overview:

The company is a mobile app for educating existing surgeons. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

• Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing.

• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI and achieve target KPIs.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics and other tools.

Requirements

• 4 years of day-to-day Marketing Content experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independent Thinker and Self Motivated
• Must be able to follow up on leads and answer business questions
• Ability to produce new update releases
• Ability to work with Promotional contacts

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
• Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
