Job Description

Location: Remote Availability: Contract role for 20 hours per month Reporting to: Executive Director Compensation: Competitive based on experience Core Function Fidelis is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with our small-but-mighty remote team. This role will oversee the development and optimization of digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence. This role will focus on SEO, online campaigns, email marketing, graphic design, and the creation of digital & print materials to aid in development and membership initiatives. Job Responsibilities: *Website management: Improve its design, content, and traffic Social media management

  • Content marketing: Managing our content on social media for programs and events, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Create short promotional videos and reels for events, programs, and development.
  • Online campaign development: Developing strategies for campaigns across email, web, SEO, social media, and display marketing
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage all non-program related emails
  • Campaign performance: Analyze and report metrics to measure the success of campaigns
  • Graphic Design: Create all marketing materials (postcards, brochures, informational flyers, special event email headers/ads, letterhead, merchandise, and others as assigned) and quarterly newsletter design/format.
  • Podcast: Upload and edit
  • Catalog and maintain organizational photos and videos
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
  • 2+ years of related job experience
  • Passion for the Fidelis mission
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church
  • Creative, detail-oriented, adaptive, collaborative, with the ability to work independently and meet required deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel a couple times per year (paid for by Fidelis)
  • Go-getter with a can-do attitude
  • Experience working in a remote setting, a plus.
  • Must be able to provide your own computer
Skills
  • Canva, must-have. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and other design programs, a plus.
  • Wix
  • MailChimp
  • Proficient in SEO and up-to-date on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube)
  • Photography and videography skills, a plus
