Full-time, permanent Director of HIM Opportunity near North Platte, NE. Great pay and benefits listed below.

Salary: $70,688.00 - $117,813.00/annually

• $5,000 sign on bonus
  
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
  

Director of HIM Opportunity:

• The Director of HIM supervises and coordinates the activities related to the functions of the HIM Department to ensure that clinical information is maintained in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of the Health System
  
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the HIM Department and staff
  
• Monitors workflow and departmental processes and works with other departments to provide resources and services
  
• Director of HIM will review medical records for completeness, analyzes records before scanning complete charts.
  

Director of HIM Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or an Associates Degree from a two-year college, combined with related experience.
  
• Two years of experience in medical records management preferred.
  
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
  
• Certification American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) Coding Certification
