Job Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the security functions for all domestic and international subsidiaries.
Security Operations
Global accountability for developing and directing the organization security program. Identifies, develops implements and maintains security processes across the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, data and personal risk.
Investigation and Crisis Management
Direct and maintain responsibility for security investigations globally. Make policy decisions and recommends strategies for the company as they relate to investigations. Ensure that proper resources are assigned to identify, investigate, and counter security risks facing the organization. Maintain and coordinate crisis management solutions for the company worldwide.
Executive and Employee Protection
Provide protection for all company Executives to include international travel risk assessment, event security, and residential security measures. Oversee the travel security function for all employees for the company worldwide to include risk assessments and incident monitoring.
Qualifications
The position is onsite at the corporate headquarters located in New Bremen, OH
