Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage urban design projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the development of comprehensive design strategies that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and engineers, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Engage with municipal agencies, stakeholders, and the community to ensure project support and successful implementation.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring optimal efficiency.
Stay current with trends in urban design and development, applying innovative concepts and practices.
Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
10+ years of experience in urban design and development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS tools.
