Connect Staffing, Inc. is currently looking to fill a Document Control Specialist position for a large wire manufacturing company in Fontana, Ca.

Schedule : Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm (must be able to work overtime when needed)

Requirements for the Document Control Specialist:

• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to read documents and reports, measure devices and sight inspection material

Responsibilities of the Document Control Specialist:

• Generates certificates of conformance for product shipments
• Assures quality documents, standards and certificates are accurate and up to date
• Verifies quality documents remain legible, readily identifiable, and retrievable
• Reviews and completes customer surveys
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
