Job Description

Since 2008,  Just Around The Corner Dog Walking and Pet Sitting  has been Plymouth's premier dog walking company! We have been voted Readers' Choice, Best of Plymouth for six years in a row. We also were voted Best of Pet Care Provider in South Shore Living in 2017. We believe in training and continuing education for our motivated employees. We are also members of Pet Sitters International. We are now adding dog walkers and pet sitters to our growing team.

• Dog walkers need to be available Monday - Friday from 9/10am to 4/5pm.
• Additional visits can start as early as 7am or end as late as 9pm. Schedules will vary based on client demand and your availability. 
• Extra consideration for candidates who can work at least two weekends a month. 

We are hiring for opportunities in:

• Cedarville/Sagamore Beach and Ponds/Redbrook
• Pinehills and Manomet
• West Plymouth and North Plymouth/Downtown

Compensation:

$16 - $23 / hour (based on average staff wages after bonuses and gratuity)

New staff will start at $15 to $17 per hour base pay.

$200 - $1800 / month

• Paid training with a compensation increase at four weeks.

The responsibilities:

• Our working hours can vary, you will need to have some flexibility.
• Act as a team player by assisting other staff members as needed.
• Provide safe, detailed, and attentive care for our client's pets
• Provide first-class customer service using our mobile software Time To Pet
• Travel to our office location upon request (on average twice a month)

The ideal candidate:

• Previous professional or volunteer experience with animals is preferred, but a positive attitude and a desire to learn are just as important.
