Job Title: Driller Helper
Location: St. Louis, MO
Travel: Up to 70% (5 days on/2 days off or 10 days on/4 days off)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Driller Helper to join our Exploration team in St. Louis, MO. In this physically demanding role, you’ll assist with drilling, sampling, and well installation tasks, as well as maintain and repair equipment. This position requires extensive travel and offers a clear path to advancement into a Driller role for those who demonstrate hard work, dedication, and reliability. We provide paid certifications, hands-on training, and a quarterly travel bonus to support your growth in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine drilling, sampling, and well installations
• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment and rigs
• Prepare necessary equipment for daily projects
• Support the Driller in various tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
• 21 years or older (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor
• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
• Travel up to 70%
• Must pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screening
• Valid Drivers License
