You’ve never rolled up your sleeves to wrestle with PPC bids, resolved a dreaded listing suspension or turned a handful of SKUs into a profitable turnover. This role isn’t for generalists or anyone who saw a get-rich-quick video tutorials about drop-shipping on Amazon - if so, stop here.
We require accomplished e-commerce store operators who can step straight into the cockpits of popular e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Whether that’s Amazon Seller Central, eBay’s Seller Hub, Wildberries, TikTok Shops or another leading platform, can you drive profit, visibility and operational excellence?
You will be hands-on and thrown straight into the deep-end - proactivity and initiative is a must. You will be expected to present and communicate decisions, plans and strategies.
Preferably office-based, but remote is an option, and collaborating closely with local and foreign nationals at our Zhejiang production site, near to an established town, commutable in under an hour from central Hangzhou.

Your day-to-day
- Campaign ownership: Build, optimise and report on paid-search and sponsored-product campaigns with measurable ROI, across major ecommerce marketplaces.
- Listing and Tools mastery: Edit listing details, deep familiarity of platform features and functions, research and apply keyword analysis tools to ensure product pages convert and outrank competitors.
- Financial accountability: Present clear budgets and P&L analyses, translating complex data into strategic decisions.
- Inventory stewardship: Forecast demand at SKU level, liaise with inventory and export departments to eradicate both stock-outs and overstock.
- Issue resolution: Liaise with platform support—diagnose, escalate and resolve cases swiftly, from policy infringements to technical hiccups.
