We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with experience in crafting data-driven outreach strategies for the aesthetics industry. If you’re an expert in list sourcing, CRM execution, spin tax copywriting, and campaign optimization—and you thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment—this could be the perfect role for you.

💼 Responsibilities

List Sourcing: Identify, validate, and build highly targeted lead lists for cold outreach campaigns.
CRM Execution: Manage and optimize cold and warm email campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
Email Copywriting: Create compelling, personalized cold and warm emails using spin tax for dynamic messaging and A/B testing.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, replies, etc.) to make data-backed optimization recommendations.
Targeting Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry to tailor messaging, tone, and strategy to resonate with this audience.

💡 Qualifications:

Native-level English communication skills—written and spoken
3+ years of experience in Email Marketing
Experience in aesthetic, health and beauty industries.
Proven success with cold and warm email outreach campaigns
Experience sourcing and maintaining segmented, high-quality email lists
Proficient in outbound CRM tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adjust strategy based on data
Familiarity with spin tax frameworks and testing
Full-time availability during CST business hours
