**We are urgently needing an outgoing, caring, and energetic service Appointment Setter / Lead Specialist for our Spring Branch Location!**
Responsibilities-
* Complete daily/weekly/monthly appointment goals from leads provided.
* Contact new leads on time by phone, text, or email.
* Create familiarity with customers and report critical data to management
* Have clear communication with management and customers
* Update CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) with up-to-date customer data
* Make cold calls to customers with 60+ days of inactivity
* Prioritize new leads when received and contacted in less than 5 minutes.
* Manage time and data on your own
* Have basic vehicle Make and Model knowledge
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
* Keep customers informed from prospecting to converted status.
* Maintain high energy and professionalism
Requirements-
* Basic vehicle Make and Model understanding.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Able to multi-task and lead data using spreadsheets
* Speak English and Spanish fluently
* Be able to retain information
* Phone etiquette and excellent grammar for text messages
* Understanding of lead pipelines and your role in it
