What you'll do:

Become a customer champion: Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
Drive customer adoption and usage: Onboard new clients, conduct regular check-ins, and proactively identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
Maximize customer value: Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate the value of our platform through compelling presentations and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement: Share your insights and feedback to help improve our product and enhance the overall customer journey.
What you'll bring to the table:

3+ years of experience in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS or the translation industry.
A deep understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify key insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for customer satisfaction and a strong desire to help clients succeed.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across time zones.
