Entry Level - Sterile Processing Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Entry Level Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will serve as an integral member of the operating room team, providing support services to surgeons and all other Operating Room staff. You will be committed to superior customer service while actively assisting in daily operations and procedures in your local account.
Pay & Shifts:
This is a full-time overnight position with on-call rotation. The pay rate is $19.80 hourly, with an increase to $21.00 hourly, dependent on 120-day evaluation and CRCST certification.
Requirements:
* High school diploma/GED, some college preferred
* CRCST Certification is required within 120 days of hire
* Experience is preferred, but not required (1 year of experience in Sterile Processing or related field is a plus)
* 2-5 years of face-to-face customer service experience is preferred
* Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage, including weekday/night, weekend, and holiday rotational scheduled call
