We are is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing, offering hands-on experience in various marketing activities.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support the marketing team in organizing and executing promotional events and product launches.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms with fresh content.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing assets.
• Assist in the coordination of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, managing lists, and tracking performance.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing, including managing marketing calendars and maintaining marketing databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior internship or experience in a marketing-related role is a plus but not required.
